![]() Measuring for Blinds
OUTSIDE MOUNT: Mark order "Outside Mount"; measure width and height of area to be covered and provide exact dimensions required. (It is recommended that blinds overlap the window by at least 1½" on each side). If mounting brackets beyond the casing or to clear obstructions (i.e., window cranks, trim work, etc.), specify projection brackets (1¾", 2¾", 4¾", or 3/8" projection block) required. NOTE: Inside Mount measurement represent the exact window opening size, the factory will make necessary deductions to insure a proper fit. Outside Measurements represent the exact blind size needed. No allowances will be made by factory. Please use a steel tape measure to insure proper measurements. Bay Windows/Corner Windows/Specialty Windows: Contact Alpha-Aero Draperies for assistance.

ROD WIDTH: is determined by adding glass width and stack back. Draperies and shirred curtains are usually made wide enough to expose the glass when they are open. |
