Store Hours

Our offices and showroom are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 4:30 and Saturday 9:00 to 2:00, other times by appointment.

Free In Home Decorating

We offer free in-home decorating services throughout southeastern CONNECTICUT. By calling to make an appointment, a consultant will come to your home or office, bring samples, assist you in selecting treatments, colors and styles, accurately measure you windows, and give you a quotation of the cost totally installed.

Our consultant, while in your home, will ask you about your other window treatments to make sure they are operating properly, may need adjustment, have broken parts or need restringing. Our installers will take care of it when they come out with your order. There is no charge for this service as long as they don't have to take it off the wall, replace parts, or have to make a service call back to your home.

Need Privacy

If you have nothing on your windows, our in home service consultant carries 6 easy to install and remove pleated shades you can use at NO CHARGE as long as we don't have to make a trip out to install them, while your order is being made. Our installer will remove them when installing your order.

Your Order

Within a week of placing your order you will receive in the mail a picture of the treatments you selected and a confirmation of the completion date of your order.

When you order is complete we will call to set up an appointment for installation. It is impossible for us to set an appointment to within 15 minutes, and your time is as valuable as ours is, so we use the following schedule: Monday - Friday, early morning 8:00-10:00, mid-morning 9:00-11:00, late morning 10:00-12:00, mid day 11:00-1:00, early afternoon 12:00-2:00, mid-afternoon 1:00-3:00, late afternoon 2:00-4:00. If we will be later we will call you. If your time is so tight you can't meet this schedule, we will try to meet your time requirements.

Warranty

We warranty everything we make and sell for a period of ONE YEAR. This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure instructions for cleaning and maintenance.

All materials can lose original intensity after long exposure to the sun. When left for extended periods in direct sunlight, plastics tend to yellow or crack. All cords will eventually wear out. This is considered normal wear and tear.

Out of Area Customers

If you are outside of our service area, you can still take advantage of our low prices and quality products:

First, measure your windows using our measuring guide and a steel tape
Go to a local decorating store and make a selection
Get a price so you can see we are saving you money
Borrow the sample (there should be no charge) and take it home to make sure it goes with your home.

We have not given a lot of color samples on our website because you have no way of accurately comparing the colors in your room; and computers vary greatly in color reproduction. We wouldn't want you to make a mistake. You are purchasing a custom product that is not inexpensive nor is it cheap to alter and are not returnable unless it is made wrong.
